• School/class
• The student's school progress
• Data from research reports from psychologists and educational specialists provided by parents to the remedial teacher
• Data obtained from the school's student monitoring system with parental consent
• Action plans created by the remedial teacher or any Action Plans from previous Remedial Teachers
• Diagnostic research reports created by the remedial teacher
• Session logbooks.

Registration

For most parts of mijn-rt.com, you can only use them after a user account has been registered. Creating a user account for you (the remedial teacher) is handled by Bart Otto Solutions. You create user accounts for students, parents, and teachers yourself.

Why is this data necessary?

• To provide access to mijn-rt.com and use the services within the platform.
• For your use to create, for example, a sound and effective Action Plan, to ensure optimal communication with parents and the school, and to send invoices.

Retention periods

You determine how long (personal) data is stored within mijn-rt.com.

Disclosure to third parties

Bart Otto Solutions will not provide data linked to your username to third parties unless legally required. In case of suspected fraud or abuse of mijn-rt.com, we may hand over personal data to the competent authorities. Data about your students will never be provided to third parties without your consent.
